At Myself Spectrum, I offer life coaching and holistic coaching for both body and mind, designed to help people build sustainable habits, improve overall well-being, and feel more aligned in their daily lives.

What Makes My Approach Different

I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider, which means my coaching is informed by evidence-based principles from psychology, behavioral science, and lifestyle medicine—without crossing into diagnosis or medical treatment.

My role as a coach is not to treat illness or replace medical or mental health care. Instead, I help clients:

Important Clarity & Professional Boundaries

To be clear and transparent:

Life coaching is not psychotherapy (I am a psychotherapist but that is separate from this) or medical treatment I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions

Coaching does not replace care from licensed healthcare providers (if you are looking for therapy I am a licensed therapist and can help but that is separate from this)

Clients are encouraged to continue working with their physicians as needed

My work focuses on education, behavior change, habit formation, and lifestyle support within ethical and professional boundaries.
